1. Promoter
The promoter of the Name Our Astronaut Competition is Space Shuttle Parking Pty Ltd (the Promoter).
2. Competition Period
The competition opens on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 22 November 2026.
Entries received after the competition closes will not be considered.
3. Judging
This is a game of skill. One winner will be selected by Space Shuttle Parking based on the creativity and originality of the astronaut name submitted.
If multiple entrants submit the same astronaut name, the first valid entry received through the official competition webpage for that name will be eligible to win with that name.
4. Prize
One winner will receive 12 months of parking with Space Shuttle Parking, valued at $6,000.
For clarity, the winner receives parking services valued at $6,000, not $6,000 in cash.
The prize:
- Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Is subject to parking availability throughout the 12-month validity period.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Is non-transferable.
- Includes Space Shuttle Parking’s complimentary shuttle bus service.
5. Winning Astronaut Name
The winning astronaut name becomes the sole right of Space Shuttle Parking Pty Ltd and may be used by Space Shuttle Parking at its sole discretion.
By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that if their submitted astronaut name is selected, Space Shuttle Parking Pty Ltd may use that name at its discretion.
6. Entry Information
Entrants are responsible for ensuring all information provided as part of their entry is complete and accurate.
Space Shuttle Parking reserves the right to disregard an entry if the required information has not been provided or the entry requirements have not been completed.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
