BOOKING/PARKING:

Yes. You can cancel your car park bookings and receive a FULL REFUND less 2% merchant fee and $1 booking fee up to two hours before booking entry time. Simply go to My Bookings and login to cancel the booking. For ParkingLink refunds and cancellations, please go direct to the ParkingLink website.

Our parking rates and charges vary depending on your stay time and service chosen. We offer Ground Floor VIP Parking, undercover spaces on Levels 1-7, and rooftop parking on Level 8. You can check out the rates here booking.spaceshuttleparking.com.au. Moreover, with our 5% Price Beat Guarantee, we may provide you with best parking rates guaranteed with all options!

With Space Shuttle Direct, using MY BOOKINGS you can do the following:

1. Update your details

2. Change or Update Booking (add parking days or change entry or exit times)

3. Cancel your Booking and get refund

You can change your car park bookings up to one hour before booking entry time. Simply log into My Bookings to change the booking at zero charge and fees.

Space Shuttle Parking® is happy to advise all our customers, you can now book direct at booking.spaceshuttleparking.com.au with much more parking flexibility, promotions and options. Wilson Parking are no longer managing car park bookings for space shuttle car park from 1st December 2024. Also, now you can book with Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major cards and do not need your physical card to enter at boom gate but simply the QR Code at Boom gate received with booking confirmation. The after hours service operates between 11pm and 4.30am and does attract a small additional charge to online parking,  but little to pay for this extra convenience. Surcharge is applicable for ALL shuttle bus transfers between 11.30pm and 4.30am for ALL carpark and hotel customers (After Hours Service).

The only airport car park and Hotel with 24 Hour On-Demand Shuttle Bus transfers for customer convenience and practicality, direct from Car Park to both Domestic and International Airport terminals.

We offer an after hours Bus Shuttle Service between 11.30pm and 4.30am, which incurs a surcharge.

Yes, Space Shuttle Airport Parking has maximum height restrictions.

The driver was so professional and friendly they dropped me to domestic and they did same on my way back. There is always a concierge person at domestic airport waiting for passengers to accommodate them in very next shuttle. Highly recommended to everyone. Good job space shuttle!!

I booked online with my credit card. When I get there, I just tap on my credit card on the machine at the gate then it let me through. After that, there is a staff come to ask me where do I go (domestic/ international) then he told me 5 mins then we start to go, he also took my luggage out of my car and put it in shutter bus.all I need to do is I park my car anywhere I want then go down Ground floor by lift then get in the bus. He drop me at International Arrival - Shuttles Bus then told me came to same place when I come back Australia. I also had a free trolley around here. Good service, friendly staff.
