Book a space entry procedure:

Tap or insert the physical card ( No NFC, Google Pay, or I pay) used for the purchase of the product, the boom gate will open displaying the vehicle registration number. Park your vehicle on the first available bay and proceed towards the office where our staff will assist you further.

On your return, you will need to head to the designated Space Shuttle car park pick-up point. While the shuttle bus service runs at least once every half an hour, it is also possible to call ahead to reception, to ensure that a bus is on its way.

Travellers arriving at T1, the International Terminal should head to the northern end of the Arrivals area, opposite Rydges Hotel. To find the pick-up point, follow the signs towards the Qantas Domestic Transfer and then proceed to the minibus waiting area at Space 20.

Those arriving at Domestic Terminals 2 and 3 should make their way to the Arrivals level. The Space Shuttle car park pick-up point is by the minibus/hire cars waiting area in between the two terminals. Pick-up is from Space 4 to Space 11.

Once you have parked your vehicle and visited reception, you can board the shuttle bus which will bring you and your luggage to your terminal. The staff at the car park reception will also give you the information you need regarding your pick-up after your return flight. The shuttle bus will pick you up after your return flight and bring you back to the car park.

Please note: The on-demand shuttle service endeavours prompt pickup and drop-off service but maybe subject to foreseen and unforeseen delays caused by and not limited to road conditions, traffic conditions, airport congestion, bus availability, traffic between terminals and car park, public holidays and peak holiday periods. Customers should contact Space Shuttle Parking for pickup once they are at the designated terminal pickup point and should consider shuttle timing based on the foreseen and unforeseen aspects stated.

The travel time to the airport from the car park is about a 5- 7 minute drive subject to traffic. The carpark is located approximately 500 m from the Domestic terminal and 1 km from the International terminal.

Yes, Space Shuttle Airport Parking has maximum height restrictions.
