1. Do I get a refund if I cancel my booking at Space Shuttle Car Park?

Yes. You can cancel your car park bookings and receive a FULL REFUND less 2% merchant fee and $1 booking fee up to two hours before booking entry time. Simply go to My Bookings on booking.spaceshuttleparking.com.au and login to cancel the booking. For ParkingLink refunds and cancellations, please go direct to the ParkingLink website.

2. What Are the Parking Rates and Charges?

Our parking rates and charges vary depending on your stay time and service chosen. We offer Ground Floor VIP Parking, undercover spaces on Levels 1-7, and rooftop parking on Level 8. You can check out the rates here booking.spaceshuttleparking.com.au. Moreover, with our 5% Price Beat Guarantee, we may provide you with best parking rates guaranteed with all options!

3. How do I use MY BOOKINGS with Space Shuttle Direct?

With Space Shuttle Direct, using MY BOOKINGS you can do the following:

1. Update your details

2. Change or Update Booking (add parking days or change entry or exit times)

3. Cancel your Booking and get refund

Its Quick and Easy, all you need is your Booking ID and email address.

4. How Can I Pre-Book My Parking Space?

You can pre-book your parking space online by visiting booking.spaceshuttleparking.com.au and filling up all the details.

5. What If My Travel Plans Change After Booking?

You can change your car park bookings up to one hour before booking entry time. Simply log into booking.spaceshuttleparking.com.au to change the booking at zero charge and fees.

8. Can you still book space shuttle car park via Wilson Parking app?

Space Shuttle Parking is happy to advise all our customers, you can now book direct at booking.spaceshuttleparking.com.au with much more parking flexibility, promotions and options. Wilson Parking are no longer managing car park bookings for space shuttle car park from 1st December 2024. Also, now you can book with Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major cards and do not need your physical card to enter at boom gate but simply the QR Code at Boom gate received with booking confirmation. All shuttle services and parking are still operated by Space Shuttle. How do I enter and exit the Sydney Airport Car Park?

Google Pay and Apple Pay now accepted along with all major cards. At boom gate you now scan QR CODE on entry and exit. Park your vehicle at level booked or stop for instructions just after entering boom gates for valet service (when available).

After you have picked up your luggage and exited call for pickup on 1800 289 289 and ensure you are at the pickup location, (as detailed below).

Domestic: At the horseshoe bend, Bay 4 (T2 Shuttles).

International: In front of Rydes Hotel, Bay No 20.

9. Does Space Shuttle Parking have 24 hour shuttle bus service from car park to Airport?

Yes we certainly do and ideal for those that have an extra early check in time. Space Shuttle Parking is the only airport car park that has on-demand shuttle buses direct to terminal 24 hours per day. The after hours service operates between 11pm and 4.30am and does attract a small additional charge to online parking, but little to pay for this extra convenience. For clarity, all online bookings get FREE on-demand direct transfers during normal trading hours 4.30am to 11pm.

10. What is the Space Shuttle Service trading hours?

Standard Hours Shuttle Bus Service

FREE on-demand shuttle bus for online bookings with Space Shuttle Parking between 4.30am and 11.30pm (Standard Hours Service).

Travelodge Hotel customers get FREE standard hours transfer from Hotel to Airport with valid hotel room booking. Airport to hotel is subject to fee per person.

After Hours Shuttle Bus Service

Surcharge is applicable for ALL shuttle bus transfers between 11.30pm and 4.30am for ALL carpark and hotel customers (After Hours Service).

The only airport car park and Hotel with 24 Hour On-Demand Shuttle Bus transfers for customer convenience and practicality, direct from Car Park to both Domestic and International Airport terminals.

We offer an after hours Bus Shuttle Service between 11.30pm and 4.30am, which incurs a surcharge.

12. Is the Travelodge Hotel located onsite at Space Shuttle Parking?

Yes, Travelodge is conveniently located onsite at Space Shuttle Parking. You can also book our Stay, Park & Fly package for a seamless and stress free travel experience.

Does Space Shuttle Airport Parking have a vehicle height restriction?

Yes, Space Shuttle Airport Parking has maximum height restrictions.

For larger vehicles – Undercover & VIP Parking ceiling clearance is 2.6M

Can I Park and Fly?

Yes our secure and undercover car park is situated 4 minutes from the Airport. Once you park, you can arrange our free shuttle service and be ready to fly with no hassle.

Where on King St do I Park?

We are here to help you park securely on King St, we are the only parking facility on the street backed by Space Shuttle Airport Parking, that offers ONLY undercover parking and where your car is parked in a dedicated space and never moved – in fact unless you are looking for a car wash – your keys travel with you.

7. How Close Is Space Shuttle Airport Parking from the Airport?

Since Space Shuttle Car Park is conveniently located at 289 King Street, Mascot, it is the closest purpose built multi-level airport car park to Sydney Airport. From Space Shuttle Car Park, it takes just 4 minutes to the Domestic Terminal and approximately 12 minutes to International Terminal.

I booked online with my credit card. When I get there, I just tap on my credit card on the machine at the gate then it let me through. After that, there is a staff come to ask me where do I go (domestic/ international) then he told me 5 mins then we start to go, he also took my luggage out of my car and put it in shutter bus.all I need to do is I park my car anywhere I want then go down Ground floor by lift then get in the bus. He drop me at International Arrival - Shuttles Bus then told me came to same place when I come back Australia. I also had a free trolley around here. Good service, friendly staff.
