Yes, refund of booking fee upon cancellation not less than 2 hours before entry time is refunded in full less the 2% merchant fee. Importantly, Space Shuttle Parking® and Parking Link do NOT charge a extra fee for this refund policy like other airport car parks. Note, unused parking days due to early exit of car park are not refundable.
If you have pre-booked online via our Space Shuttle Parking® website, upon arriving at our long-term car park, tap the same physical card you used for the online booking at the boom gates and be greeted with your name. Then simply proceed to the car parking level booked for parking. For exit, after drop-off at the Space Shuttle car park, simply proceed to your car and upon exit use the same physical card at boom gates to exit hassle free.

Long-term car parking is available with online bookings for up to 4 months in one stay. For longer periods of stay greater than this, feel free to speak with our helpful staff on 1800 289 289 to help organise long-term car parking for you.

Long-term parking at an airport is an area that allows you to leave your car for a specific time or even longer based on your car park need.

There is no limit to how many days you can book for your vehicle at the car park. However, the period depends on your pre-booked dates and times.

Space Shuttle Parking® offer fee free online service to amend or extend your booking at spaceshuttleparking.com.au. If you stay longer than your original booking dates, you need to pay the required additional cost for that extra stay. Upon arrival at car park, see service office onsite before exit if you have stayed longer than your online booking and you have not modified booking online prior.
