Shuttle Bus Pickup & Dropoff

Our on-demand Shuttle Bus service operates from 4.30am until 11.30pm 7 days per week.

Space Shuttle Car Park is the closest multi-level car park to Sydney airport and in normal conditions it only takes approximately 4 minutes to Domestic terminal and 10 minutes to International terminal. For our pickup service, please follow the instructions below or simply scan the QR code for directions and assistance at the Sydney Airport terminals to the pickup points.

Please call 8060 5896 upon arrival at pickup point and confirm the terminal, your name and the number of passengers with our onsite friendly staff who will dispatch shuttle bus.

Please Note: The on-demand shuttle service endeavours prompt pickup and drop-off service but may be subject to foreseen and unforeseen delays caused by and not limited to road conditions, traffic conditions, airport congestion, bus availability, traffic between terminals and car park, public holidays and peak holiday periods. Customers should contact Space Shuttle Parking® for pickup once they are at the designated terminal pickup point and should consider shuttle timing based on the foreseen and unforeseen aspects stated.

Yes. You can cancel your car park bookings and receive a FULL REFUND less 2% merchant fee and $1 booking fee up to two hours before booking entry time. Simply go to My Bookings on booking.spaceshuttleparking.com.au and login to cancel the booking. For ParkingLink refunds and cancellations, please go direct to the ParkingLink website.

Our parking rates and charges vary depending on your stay time and service chosen. We offer Ground Floor VIP Parking, undercover spaces on Levels 1-7, and rooftop parking on Level 8. With Space Shuttle Direct, using MY BOOKINGS you can do the following:

You can change your car park bookings up to one hour before booking entry time. Simply log into booking.spaceshuttleparking.com.au to change the booking at zero charge and fees.

Space Shuttle Parking® is happy to advise all our customers, you can now book direct at booking.spaceshuttleparking.com.au with much more parking flexibility, promotions and options. Wilson Parking are no longer managing car park bookings for space shuttle car park from 1st December 2024. Also, now you can book with Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major cards and do not need your physical card to enter at boom gate but simply the QR Code at Boom gate received with booking confirmation. All shuttle services and parking are still operated by Space Shuttle. Google Pay and Apple Pay now accepted along with all major cards. At boom gate you now scan QR CODE on entry and exit. Park your vehicle at level booked or stop for instructions just after entering boom gates for valet service (when available).

After you have picked up your luggage and exited call for pickup on 1800 289 289 and ensure you are at the pickup location, (as detailed below).

Space Shuttle Parking® is the only airport car park that has on-demand shuttle buses direct to terminal 24 hours per day. The after hours service operates between 11pm and 4.30am and does attract a small additional charge to online parking,  but little to pay for this extra convenience. For clarity, all online bookings get FREE on-demand direct transfers during normal trading hours 4.30am to 11pm.
